Natural snow paradise in the Kitzbühel | Kirchberg ski area

Welcome to the Kitzbühel | Kirchberg ski paradise.

Discover the best and most beautiful things winter has to offer by taking a ski tour through countless ski descents Breathe in deeply and enjoy our glorious winter landscapes. Life as it should be.

    Bichlalm descent

In search of the perfect descent: ski tourers can be driven directly to the descent with the “snowcat” – a snow groomer that seats 9 people. Fresh and full of enthusiasm, you can then be the first to make your tracks in the snow. Let this indescribable feeling in the deep snow wash over you.

    LVS Checkpoints

Take advantage of the new avalanche transceiver checkpoints at the various hotspots in the wider ski area and make sure that you and your equipment are up to the challenges.

KitzSki supports all tourers with specially installed LVS towers and avalanche transceiver checkpoints. At these points in the ski area you can see the relevant and current avalanche warning level and check that the lifesaving avalanche transceiver for your tour outside the secured ski area is fully functioning. Please do not leave marked slopes and descents!

    Current avalanche risk

    2 - mäßige Lawinengefahr

The snow mantle is at some steep slopes only moderatly solidified, otherwise generally good solidified. Induction is generally only at a big additional burden on very few, extremly steep slopes possible. Bigger spontaneously avalanches are not to expect.
